Who is ~Now Appearing~?
Now Appearing began when two couples, Tom and Dru Armistead and Terry and Charlotte Lester, met at the Valley Community
Church, Divine Science (More Info) in Roanoke, Virginia, three years ago. Some time later, Tom and Dru gave a seminar on the
Sedona Method (More info ), which is an emotional releasing technique they had found to
be of great help on their spiritual path. Terry and Charlotte
attended and, through our interactions, we all realized that we were heading in the same direction The church's library contained a
first edition of A Course in Miracles, and a year and a half ago, the four of us began studying
it. We read the teacher's manual, the text, and completed the workbook. We also started an ACIM study group, which is currently
halfway through the text. Terry and Charlotte have been very interested and involved with various ACIM groups on the internet,
and they recently proposed that we start a website of daily text readings with music which would
correspond to the Circle of Atonement's (More info) one year reading schedule. All of us are musicians and percussionists.
We wish to share our experience of the Course through our music as well as with the readings by Dru. The majority of the daily
text readings are recorded live and unrehearsed. As the project continues, we would like to have other musicians contribute their
talents. Our intention is to open as best we can to the Voice for God and "make a joyful noise.""
